Age Eligibility
To be eligible for admission, students must meet the following minimum age criteria by July 1st of the year of admission:
- Nursery: 2 years or older
- K.G. I: 3 years or older
- K.G. II: 4 years or older
- Std. I: 5 years or older
Admission Guidelines
- Nursery to K.G. II: Admissions are conducted in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Std. I and above: Applicants will be assessed based on their performance in a personal interview and prior academic achievements.
Application Process
- Prospectus and Application Form: Obtain and complete the application form, available along with the school prospectus.
- Submission: Ensure the form is completed accurately and submitted within the designated timeframe.
- Interview Scheduling: Interview dates will be provided after application submission. Attendance at the scheduled interview is mandatory for the registration to remain valid.
Selection Criteria
Admission decisions are based on academic merit, seat availability, and achievements in co-curricular activities. The selection process is managed by the Admission Committee, and their decisions are final and binding.
Documentation Required
To complete the admission, parents must submit the following documents with the fee payment:
Nursery to K.G. II:
- Attested Birth Certificate from a Gazetted Officer
- Three recent passport-sized color photos
Std. I and Above:
- Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, countersigned by the D.E.O. or Regional CBSE officer
- Photocopy of the previous class marksheet
- Three recent passport-sized color photos
Fee Payment
Once admission is granted, fees must be paid by the specified deadline to secure the seat. Late payments may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw a student, parents must:
- Submit a formal withdrawal request stating the reason.
- Obtain a No-Dues Certificate from the class teacher, and clearance from the library, laboratory, and sports departments.
- For withdrawals at the end of the academic year, submit the request by March 15 to avoid additional monthly and annual fees.
- For mid-session withdrawals, the full session fee will apply.
