Personality Development sessions
For achieving success in the global world, knowledge needs to be combined with an appealing persona and presentation. Communication Skills, Dressing sense and networking skills are as important as the Maths and Science for a growing child. In order to fulfil this need of our children, regular Workshops are held by experts from across the country.

Special Coaching
In addition to the curricula, BPS experts train our children in subtle tricks and techniques of every subject. Special Coaching is also done to address the needs of competitive examinations.

Remedial classes
Every student has a unique caliber and capability. Often it becomes important for us to address the needs of students who may be lagging in certain subjects. These students are provided additional attention through remedial Classes which are held during the extra hour after the school. Teachers work closely with students to identify their problem areas and address them effectively.

Corrective measures
“Spare the rod, stick to love”, is our ethos when it comes to taking corrective actions for our children's behavior. No physical punishments are allowed in BPS. The teachers are trained to use their convincing skills to correct the students behavior.

Evaluation
Evaluation at Bhavans is aimed at identifying the problem areas of a child and is done in a continuous and comprehensive manner. Students are evaluated based on their performances in Tests and assignments in class. The corrected assignments are then shared with parents prescribing areas for improvement.
There is no formal evaluation for Primary Sections.

Parent –Teacher Meeting
Parents Teachers meetings act as a platform for us to discuss important issues pertaining to child and his education with the parents. It also helps us address disciplinary and behavioural issues and work on the corrections. In addition, meetings with Class Teacher / Director may be arranged with prior appointment, to discuss any immediate issues.

Full Day School
The School hours extend between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm except of the kindergarten classes. The timetable is designed to factor in Studies, Games and Breaks in correct balance.

Curriculum and Modus operandi
The curriculum has been evolved to achieve a balance between the academics and the development of the body and mind. The school follows the CBSE syllabus and prescribes NCERT textbooks. Books from private publishers are used as references.

Co-curricular Activities & Creativity Enhancement
BPS encourages its students to develop their hobbies and co-curricular interests in various fields. The school hosts a range of Art / Craft / Performing Arts and other activities where children can achieve perfection in their choice of platform.

The annual fest showcases their effort, where children perform in front of distinguished guests and earn their accolades.

Meaningful Cultural and Social Service Activities
The spirit of service and the poise of labor are inculcated through meaningful social service projects. It helps children in developing a sense of compassion for the less fortunate.

Debates, Dramatics and the morning Assembly session help them explore the country's rich culture and heritage, while making the aware of our social labyrinth.

SUPW – Socially Useful Productive Work Activities include skill-development and service activities within and outside the school.

Value Education
The value education classes are used to reinforce important social and moral aspects of life. Students learn in a dynamic interactive fashion by participating in debates, presenting skits, expressing through essays based on moral and social themes.
