Rules for paying the fees
- Fees can be deposited at both the school campus and the city office.
- Admission fee is to be paid only once, that is at the time of admission or
commencement of the new academic session.
- The school fee must be paid on or before the due date; failing which a late fee
of Rs. 25 per day will be compulsorily levied. The fine mentioned will not be
waived off under any circumstances whatsoever.
Fee can be paid in cash but preferably by Account Payee at par cheques or by a
Demand Draft favouring “THE BHAVANS’ PROMINENT SCHOOL INDORE”.
- If the cheque bounces or is returned by the bank for any reason, an additional
charge of Rs. 250 will be compulsorily charged. The fee thereafter will have to
be paid only in cash.
- In case the fees are not paid within the specified time, there will be a simple
reminder from the school. Further so, if the fees still remain unpaid, then the
management retains the right to strike the student’s name off the rolls.
- In such a case, re-admission will be at the sole discretion of the Principal
after a payment of Rs. 500 + late fees @ Rs. 25 per day.
- The student whose fees are not paid in time, may not be allowed to appear for
the examination too.
- Fees have to be paid irrespective of the child’s attendance.
- For students of classes Nursery to 9th, to be eligible to appear for the Annual
Examination, all dues should be cleared latest by Jan 31st of the session in
progress.
- For students of classes 10th, 11th and 12th all dues are to be cleared by Jan
15th of the session in progress.
- In case of payment of Annual Fee and other fees cited above, in one instalment,
on or before May 15th of the session, a concession of Rs. 1000 will be awarded.
